Scanner Audio & Information

www.aboiteindependent.com

Due to changes at"Frontier" and Locl.net, it is no longer financially feasible for us to stream Public Safety scanner audio on Aboite Independent. Especially in light of free alternative sources.
One of those is Tune In Radio.
If you would like to continue to receive scanner feeds on your computer follow these simple steps.
Go to your Web Browser (Google, Internet Explorer, etc.) and type in Tune In Radio.
(Or click on this link tunein.com)
     Click on Tune In
Across the top Click on "By Location"
     Click on "North America"
     Click on "United States"
     Click on "Indiana"
     Click on "Ft. Wayne"
Scroll down to "Allen County Public Safety"
(If you don't see it scroll to the bottom and click on "see all")
(If it still doesn't appear click on "load more" until it appears)
Click on "Allen County Public Safety" and enjoy!
If you scroll down a couple more lines you'll find "Fort Wayne Fire"
Click on "Fort Wayne Fire" to monitor that.
You'll also find a number of other area departments to monitor.
This is an excellent and reliable source for scanner feeds and thousands of broadcast stations which you can also choose.
After ten years of service we regret we're no longer able to provide scanner feeds.
The Aboite Independent is about to undergo a significant revision and upgrade, and we hope you'll check out our new website coming soon!

We want to hear from you. If you have any comments/questions/concerns, please email: info@aboiteindependent.com.
